Dr. Rus describes himself as “Just a Guy on a Journey” who’s called to “Empower, Equip and Encourage Others.” He especially has a heart for leaders. He’s a seasoned Prophet, placed into the Office by Bishop Bill Hamon of Christian International in 1999. Now, after moving in the prophetic for 25 years, with 40 years of ministry, and close to 40 years in radio broadcasting, Dr. Rus says, “He’s seen it all.
