Dr. Rus describes himself as “Just a Guy on a Journey” who’s called to “Empower, Equip and Encourage Others.” He especially has a heart for leaders. He’s a seasoned Prophet, placed into the Office by Bishop Bill Hamon of Christian International in 1999. Now, after moving in the prophetic for 25 years, with 40 years of ministry, and close to 40 years in radio broadcasting, Dr. Rus says, “He’s seen it all. It seems we're caught in a prophetic loop. For Canada its a repeating loop about "a coming revival." In the United States it's a repeating loop of God "raising up a remanent" and even the "re-cycling of old words."
But in the midst of this loop, God has a plan. His plan is not only one of "restoration and redemption," but also one of "capturing the minds and hearts" of those who have strayed.

It's so bad, even CNN has started a weekend newsletter email looking at nothing but good news! We've come to a point in time where many people are once again search for hope, either in all the wrong places, or simply mot knowing where to find hope at all.
The good news is, this is not the first time people have felt lost with no hope. And just like before, God has a plan to release a Restoration of Hope in our midst.
